2024: Competed in all five races… Ran the sixth- (30:07.3; Bronco Invitational (10/19)) and ninth-fastest (30:27.6; San Francisco State Invitational (10/11) for the Keelhaulers this season… Best finish of the season took place at the Jessup Invitational (9/28) when he finished 12th with a time of 31:39.8… Completed the 8k course at the California Pacific Conference Men’s Cross Country Championship (10/28) in 31:24.3 for 27th place overall... Finished the Stump Invitational (9/14) in 65th place and clocked a time of 32:29.5.

Personal: Set a personal record in the 3 mile with a time of 18:02… Attended both league and CIF San Diego Section events… Played soccer and track and field for the Knights… Chose Cal Maritime because he was interested in the hands-on experience and the access to the Golden Bear training ship… Related to Quinn Harder who runs for the Alabama's men’s track and field team, and Maureen Harder who played women’s soccer for Delaware… Interests include surfing, watching sports, hanging out with friends and listening to music… After graduating, he plans to work in the maritime industry or join the Navy as a nuclear operator… Would like to use his education to go into the nuclear engineering field… His brother, Quinn, is his hero because he is always looking out for him and congratulating him for his accomplishments...
