Unlocking potential: Cal Maritime Women's Soccer partners with UnlimitMe

This fall, Cal Maritime's women's soccer program has been investing in growth beyond the pitch through a partnership with UnlimitMe, an organization dedicated to empowering student-athletes to recognize and reach their full potential.

The team participated in a series of workshops on campus, held August 25 and September 9, with another meeting scheduled for October 21.

These sessions focused on setting team and personal goals, building a positive team culture, and preparing for life after college.

Players have found the experience both eye-opening and energizing.

"UnlimitMe's interactive style has helped the team reflect on leadership, communication, and mindset — all key areas for success on and off the field," said one student-athlete. "It's really opened our eyes to the kind of leaders we can be, not just in soccer, but in every aspect of our lives."

The workshops have also strengthened team unity, giving players the chance to connect on a deeper level and support each other in new ways. As the program continues to grow, the lessons learned from UnlimitMe are sure to make a lasting impact on the women's soccer team's culture and success.
