3x3 Basketball
Mondays: Small Gym (5-6:45 p.m.)
Fast pace, half-court version of basketball with three players per team. This game is competitive and great for all skill levels!

Spin Cycle
Tuesdays + Thursdays: Small Gym (5:20-6:05 p.m.)
Instructor: Berto Hernandez
Join us for some high-energy indoor cycling!
Using stationary bikes, Spin Cycle focuses on cardio and endurance through interval training, sprints and hills.

This class will focus on improving core stability, mobility and range of motion for participants of all fitness levels.

• Automatic lighting system to provide facility for nighttime use by students
