2024-25: Member of the crew that helped the Keelhaulers win their second-consecutive Mustang Open Team Race (2/1-2) title and end the weekend as the only school with an undefeated head-to-head record.
Personal: Hails from San Francisco... Graduated from Ruth Asawa School of the Arts in 2024... Majoring in marine engineering technology... High school honor roll includes first place at the St. Francis Yacht Club Fall RS21 Youth Invitational, second at the 2024 US Sailing Area G Sears Cup Qualifier, third at the 2024 US Sailing Sears Cup National Triplehanded Championship and third at the 2023 St. Francis Yacht Club High School Cityfront Championship... Also competed for Ruth Asawa SOTA Sailing Team and St. Francis Yacht Club Youth Team throughout hs high school career... Chose Cal Maritime because the hands-on education and postgraduate opportunities are second to none... Hobbies include sailing, motorcycles and music... Not sure of his post-undergraduate plans, but wants to use Cal Maritime’s extensive resources and connections to propel him towards something amazing... Ben Lexcen is his hero because he designed the first winged-keel 12m sailboat that ended America’s 132-year winning streak of holding the Americas Cup. His unique design and atypical upbringing inspires him because it proves there are always new designs and ideas that can be used to win... Roots for the San Francisco Giants because they are his hometown team and Olympic sailor Hans Henken after meeting him in person.
